Report to Consultant
Outgoing, driven and motivated Researchers who will work very closely with the Consultants to source candidates across industries via means of the company database, external job boards, headhunting and mapping exercises.
1. Prefer with 1 year working experience as a Researcher in a recruitment or research firm, however open to high calibers with 2-3 experiences from the related industries with Sales background.
2. Will consider fresh graduates for this role if they are able to demonstrate that he/she has the following skill sets, traits and the determination to succeed.
3. Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.
4. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent communication skills and written skills.
6. Positive work attitude.
7. Outgoing, ambitious, creative, hardworking character.
8. Motivated by high earning potential and to be part of the entrepreneurial team!
Report to Market Leader
-To achieve individual & team targets
-To increase company revenue
-To deliver desk business plan
-To develop and enhance company profile with customers and candidates
-To ensure desk specialty has a constant stream of placeable candidates and jobs/assignments
-Assist in mentoring researchers
-To be an Ambassador for the company
-Win and complete contingent, exclusive and retained job orders
-Arrange client visits to win retained business and build relationships
-Secure repeat business
-Developing successful client relationships to include being awarded preferred supplier status
-Presentation of terms of business to clients
-Market sector information gathering
-Building search campaigns both retained and contingent
-Identify, target and qualify potential candidates
-Prepare and deliver effective head-hunting presentations
-Interviewing and presenting candidates
-Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include briefing, debriefing, offer negotiation and counter offer counseling
-Developing MPC (Market Place Candidate) campaigns
-Seek candidate referrals and job leads
-Ensure candidate and client details are fully accurate and up to date on database
-Work with Management to develop the knowledge, skills and experience to enable career move to next role
-Excellent telephone manner
-Good interviewing and questioning skills
-Able to match communication tone and language to the customer
-Persuades customers to achieve successful outcomes for all
-Confident with excellent rapport building skills
-Self motivated, competitive & hardworking
